Staff Up America - Here's how it works

Our process affords the ability to lower your company's overall direct labor costs, increase your staffing flexibility and, ultimately, improve your productivity. A dedicated representative is completely at your disposal, as is the entire recruiting, dispatch and administrative staff here at Staff Up America.

Assessing your needs is crucial to our mutual success. Your Staff Up America representative and lead recruiter will perform a walk-through of your facility to get a full understanding of the work our temps will be performing.
We will also meet with your floor supervisors. We believe speaking directly with the supervisors allows us the opportunity to get a better understanding of the skill level and personal characteristics they are looking for. We can then discuss any pitfalls that may have been experienced in the past and come up with constructive solutions to overcome them.

Review of all Staff Up America general work practices/policies

In conjunction with your HR and/or production department, we will put together a detailed job description to be presented to the candidates. It will include such things as:

General overview of the job
Safety orientation
Pay scale
Scheduled breaks
Any applicable protective clothing/safety equipment
Review of all client company general work practices/policies
Review of all Staff Up America general work practices/policies

Workforce compliance practices and pay / bill rate structure

A formal proposal will then be submitted outlining our policies and procedures, workforce compliance practices and pay / bill rate structure
Upon approval of our proposal, we will then begin the recruiting process and filling your orders based on the needs assessment and our discussions.

Helping you to manage the workforce is our specialty, and ongoing communication is the key element. In addition to our 24/7 availability your dedicated representative will also, at your discretion, set up a regular Quality Control Management schedule.
