Corporate Administrator and Dispatch Supervisor

Monica M. Meza joined the company as an entry-level Job Coordinator in 1999. Since joining the team, Ms. Meza has climbed the company ladder advancing rapidly throughout each department. Ms. Meza currently maintains full responsibility for processing of all payroll, taxes, and insurance for the entire staff including the expansive pool of temporary employees exceeding 2,000 workers.

Ms. Meza's important role as Corporate Administrator also includes management of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a monumental task each week considering the volume of active customers utilizing temporary laborers on a daily basis. All weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting is processed directly by Ms. Meza as a major part of her overall responsibilities.

Ms. Meza is fluently bi-lingual which further enhances her role as Dispatch Supervisor. Her supervisory duties include managing the internal operations staff and all of the day to day dispatching activity. Ms. Meza serves a most important role in the company in an unprecedented manner.

Monica Meza enjoys an active lifestyle and resides in Forest Lake with her husband.
