Michael E. French, CEO, founded the company in January of 1994.

With 25 years experience running small businesses, Mr. French's expertise enabled him to create the fastest organic growing temporary services company in the Chicago region for four years from 1998 to 2002 according to Crain's Chicago Business Magazine. In an eight-year time-span, Mr. French built his company from the ground up with one flagship office in St. Paul, MN, to seven offices and over 60 inside employees in three States. Before splitting the companies, Mr. French's combined branches exceeded $26 Million in annual revenues.

In calendar year 2001, Mr. French implemented a spin-off of the PEO/Employee Leasing Division of his company, and in January of 2002, Mr. French sold all personal interests in the Illinois Industrial Companies. Mr. French currently retains ownership of the Minnesota and Milwaukee entities under the well-established name of Staff Up America.

Mr. French has recently announced that he will be bringing his enterprises back to Illinois and even expand into Scottsdale Arizona with a PEO Division.

Slated for Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Scottsdale, the new PEO Division, called Partner Up America, will provide added H.R. features including Health and Retirement benefit administration.  Mr. French has founded Partner Up America, and will personally implement the aggressive company roll-out.

Mr. French has assembled an aggressive and knowledgeable team to expand Staff Up America around the Midwest.

Prior to entering the staffing industry Mr. French served as CEO and founder of The Chicago Kid, Inc., a small licensing and marketing company which engaged in a campaign to enlist license agreements with food manufacturers to secure retail shelf space in grocery chains across the country. The Chicago Kid secured shelf space in thirteen states across the country and three countries outside the USA Mr. French was featured in over forty major business, food, and, marketing publications on a national level.

Mr. French's creative and aggressive approach to business will surely secure Staff Up America as a regional industry leader.

Mr. French spends his free time between his homes in Chicago, IL and Scottsdale, Arizona with his daughter, Victoria.
