30/60 Minute Response:
Once you place an order with Staff Up America you will receive a call back within a
maximum of 30 minutes for a same day order, 60 minutes for a next day order, with the
status of the order.
24 Hour On Site Availability:
For your convenience, we've made it possible for you to contact
us at any time by remaining open 24 hours a day serving all 3 shifts.
Our Account Managers can handle any size orders, any time, day or night with the
same level of efficiency that keeps us ahead of our competition.
Guaranteed Satisfaction:
Staff Up America provides a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED GUARANTEE". If you are not completely
satisfied with the assigned worker, simply call our office within the first four hours
of their shift and you will not be billed for that worker.
Value-Added Service Features
Temporary to Permanent:
Staff Up America's temporary to permanent conversion schedule is as follows:
Light Industrial Division:
480 working hours (60 days)
Permanent Placements:
In the event that an employment offer is extended/accepted by a Staff Up America
employee prior to the 480 hour conversion, the client will pay a 10% liquidation
fee (10% of the worker's annualized payroll).
