  • Temp - To - Hire to Staff Up America means going beyond the typical gathering and forwarding of resumes to our clients. We take care of the work on the “front end” so our clients don’t have to, and we don’t feel Inundating our clients with quantities of resumes to weed through is the answer to finding the right candidate.

    Before the client evens sees an application or resume, the candidates have been screened, skill tested, interviewed and chosen based on the personal characteristics and qualifications set by the client company.

    We have also found great success in getting our clients involved with a group interview process.

  • Let Staff Up America take care of the HR process and relieve you of the exposure from either your entire or a portion of your production staff through our Payroll Services/Employee leasing division. Technically, the employee is a Staff Up America Employee, and we handle all the work comp and unemployment issues, payment of the employee and the payment of all applicable taxes and insurances, and we process and issue the W-2’s. You, as the client company, are responsible for the recruiting, daily management and scheduling of the employee.

    Our clients have also found this program to be a great way to "test drive" new employees before hiring!

    Dramatically reduced bill rates apply to this program because the client company does the recruiting and "places" the employee on our payroll.

On Site Management
  • On Site Management is available and custom tailored for our higher volume clients needing daily, hands-on help. A dedicated Staff Up America recruiter is provided space within the client company facility to handle recruiting and take care of the daily management of the workforce.
