Technically, the employee is a Staff Up America Employee, and we handle all the work comp and unemployment issues, payment of the employee and the payment of all applicable taxes and insurances, and we process and issue the W-2’s. You, as the client company, are responsible for the recruiting, daily management and scheduling of the employee.
