Temporary to Permanent:
Staff Up America's temporary to permanent conversion schedule is as follows:

Light Industrial Division:
480 working hours (60 days)

Permanent Placements:
In the event that an employment offer is extended/accepted by a Staff Up America employee prior to the 480 hour conversion, the client will pay a 10% liquidation fee (10% of the worker's annualized payroll).

Lead Temporary Employee:
For every order of 10 or more, Staff Up America can provide the option of lead temporary employees. The benefit of this program is to assist with new employee training and to act as a liaison between your company and Staff Up America.

Vendor on Premise:
In order to minimize your time and involvement with overseeing, tracking and supervising the staffing of a large number of temporary workers, we can provide a Staff Up America employee at your facility to manage the program.

Transportation:
Staff Up America will provide at no cost to your company, a transportation service to maintain control regarding attendance and punctuality. The transportation service is available for all three shifts, however, all temporaries must arrive and depart at the same time daily.

Continuous Communication:
We will contact you regularly, by phone, or in person, to see if there are any additional services we may provide for you. We will also notify your supervisors prior to each shift if a worker will arrive late or if there are any changes to the order.
